Many of us have or are caring for individuals who have Parkinson's, Tremors or any other neurodegenerative disease. Join us on Friday, January 17th from 11:15 am to 12:15 pm for our support group and exercise class in partnership with the Dallas Area Parkinson's Society (DAPS) and Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital facilitated by Catrina Nieser. She will share successful care giving approaches and discuss what works, what doesn't and how you can care for yourself and your loved one during this challenging time. Move. Laugh. Connect.
